How to create a dial-up networking connection with Farah Online:
 

1.  From the Start menu, choose Control Panel icon.
2. Click the Switch to Classic View icon. 
3.  Double click on Network Connections  icon.
4.  Click the Create a new connection icon then click Next.
5. Click the Next button. 
6. Select Connect to the Internet then click Next.  
7. Select Set up my connection manually then click Next.

8.  Select Connect using a dail-up modem then click Next.

9. In the ISP Name field, type a name to identify your connection (ie. Farah) then Click Next.

10.  In the Phone number field, type your local access number exactly as it needs to be dialed, then click Next.

11. In the User Name / Password field, type your username (ie. ????@Farah) and Password.

12. Check the box Make this the default Internet Connection  then click Next.

13.  Check the box Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop if you wish to have a shortcut to the connection on your desktop, then click Finish.

14. Close all windows, go to Start then choose Connect To then click on Farah or whatever you named your connection, or click on the shortcut on your desktop to establish a connection.

How to create a dial-up networking connection with Farah Online:
 

1.   Click the Start button, click Settings, and choose Control Panel.
2.  Double-click the Network and Dial-up Connections icon.
3.  Double-click the Make New Connection icon.
4. Click the Next button.
5. Click Dial-up to the Internet. Then click the Next button. 
6. Click I want to set up my Internet connection manually, or I want to connect through a local area network (LAN). Then click the Next button. 
7. Select I connect through a phone line and a modem. Then click the Next button.
8. In the Area Code field, type the area code of your local access number.
9. In the Telephone number field, type your local access number.
10. Click the Advanced button.
11. Click on the Connection tab.
12.  Click the PPP (Point to Point Protocol) radio button in the Connection type area.
13.  Check the box next to Disable LCP Extensions.
14.  Click the None radio button in the Logon procedure area. Then click OK button.
15. Click the Next button.
16. In the User Name / Password field, type your username (ie. ????@Farah) and Password.
17. In the Connection Name field, type your domain name (i.e.Farah). Then click Next button.

18. Click the NO button in the Do you want to set up an Internet mail account now area.

19. Click the Finish button

How to create a dial-up networking connection with Farah Online:
 

1.  From the Start menu, click Settings, and choose Dial-Up Networking.
2. Double-click the Make New Connection icon. 
3.  In the Type a name for the computer you are dialing field, type Cyberonic.
4. Click the down arrow on the Select a device drop-down list and choose your default modem.
5. Click the Next button.
6.  In the Area code field, type in your local area code.
7. In the Telephone number field, type your local Cyberonic access number.
8. Click the Next button.
9. Click the Finish button
10. Now you will see a Farah icon in the folder. 
11. Click the Farah icon with your right mouse button, then choose Properties.
12. Click on the Networking tab.
13. Click the down arrow on the Type of Dial-Up Server: drop-down listand choose PPP: Internet, Windows 2000/NT, Windows Me.
14. Uncheck all the boxes except for Enable software compression and TCP/IP.
15. Click the TCP/IP Settings button. 
16. Click on the Security tab.
17. In the User name field, type in your assigned log on username.
18.  In the Password field, type in your password.
19. Click the OK button. Click the Farah icon with your right mouse button, then choose Create Shortcut.

20. Now a Farah  shortcut should be on your desktop for easy access

How to create a dial-up networking connection with Farah Online:
 

1. Double click on My Computer icon.
2. Double click on the Dial-Up Networking folder.
3. Double click on Make New Connection icon.
4. Name the new connection Farah.
5. Click the Next button.
7. Click the Next button.

8. Click the Finish button.

9. Now double click on Farah icon in the the folder.

10. Enter your Username and Password, and click remember password.

11. Press connect or dial to connect to the internet.

12. Then you should be able to connect to the internet.
