Q.What is a login password?
A.A login password is the password that is provided to connect to the Internet from your computer. You have to enter this password each time you connect to the Internet from your dial up account.

A.You can change your login password on our website at:

Q.What is an email password?
A.An email password is different from your login password. An email password is the password that is used to check your email. If you do not know your email password, then check with the person who set up the email on your computer.
Q.How can I change my email password?
A.You can change your email password on our website at mail.next.jo
Q.Can I use Capital Letters for my username?
A.Yes, you can use Capital Letters for your username because the login system is case Insensitive.
Q.My password does not work?!!
A.This can mainly be due to one of the following reasons:

1. You have entered a wrong password. Many times it is a simple case of a typo in either your username or password, check to see if the Keyboard directions is set to Arabic.
2. Your Internet Connection may have been disabled by NEXT or Farah due to expiration date or insufficient credit.
Q.How can I get an email account with NEXT?
A.When you apply for the Internet service, you are given one free email along with the Internet account. If you have Internet service, then you can ask for additional email boxes. Or If you got a FarahCard or NextCrad, you can get a FREE email address (e.g. abc@next.jo).

Q.Is it possible to get an email without subscribing for Internet Service?
A. No, it is not possible at the moment to get an email box without subscribing for the Internet service. This feature will be implemented in the near future.
